    Rooms not cleaned to our standard things were left on floor which we had noticed from previous holiday makers. Eg lid off sun cream still in room. Food very repetitive, no themed food nights which were held in previous stays. Pool roped off until 10am thought was late

    The manager was shouting at me in front of guests next to the pool. I was standing next to my lounger and put my bag on it while the pool was getting opened at 9:57am. She approached me and her attitude and tone towards me in front of guests was disgusting. I went over to reception desk to speak to her and she still wouldn’t take responsibility for the way I was spoken to in front of guests and I have their names because they were upset for me. She gave me her number for anything I needed I did text her but had no response.
