When i arrived, as soon as I entered the room, the hotel had a power cut three times that day. Then fire engines came and I was worried that their was something wrong with the hotel. Nothing was announced. The air conditioning was not working for 2 nights. I asked at reception and the whole building was having problems. Me and my child felt uncomfortable for the 2 nights. Power cut happened also the next day, so couldn't charge phones etc so we went to restaurants. During power cuts, the shower would only give out really hot water and the tap also, so couldn't have a shower. The two last nights of the holiday, the hotel next door called Tent or somewhere close was having really loud music from 11pm to 2.30am which you could hear when the doors are closed, it sounded like a concert was next door especially with the bass. Overall apart from the above, we enjoyed the holiday.

All staff were helpful and accommodating.

Don't go by the recommendation of the rep in tui go by your own thought process as we were going to get a family area with a family hotel but was swayed otherwise with limited stuff to do

Accomadtion was excellent only downside was the party goers coming in at 3am in the morning who were very loud

This is not a 4 star hotel what we paid and we got is not equal in slightest. It should be a 3 star max. Air con broken in second room safe broken in my room not properly cleaned beds were terrible to sleep in couldn’t go to balcony due to drug taking neighbours smoking hash and using laughing gas it was disgraceful. The rooms are dated and need maintenance. The hotel is noisier at night than during day which I understand to a degree but again don’t advertise for families. The activity team were lovely but focus on you her kids too much eg they got paddle boards when I tried to get my 13 yo one he wasn’t allowed. Most of the time they were just locked up not being used. Just not enough for that age group. Also and I have never seen this in my life they don’t give you ice at bar clearly to stop but g drinks from outside and bring them in but I spent a fortune throughout day at pool bar and needed ice for my wine and couldn’t get it that really is disgraceful. The cost of drinks is not relevant to what you’re getting either so really just felt ripped off by entire thing not worth £520 for 4 days absolutely not.
