    When we arrived we got informed that we were indeed all inclusive however not the \"gold all inclusive\" which was 20 euros a day per adult extra. This meant we count get bottled water certain drinks etc. We chose to not upgrade as it seemed very expensive. When we went to the bar we were told by atleast 3 different bar staff we weren't allowed cocktails at all or the kids slushys. However other people with the same all inclusive could. It all depended on who you spoke to at the bar and if they accepted the English. This became very apparent when we were told no to multiple things because they were for the Spanish on the last day we spoke to a lovely lady at the bar who was shocked we couldnt get cocktails as rhwy were all included except one. My 10 year old asked to join the kids club activity and being told no its full only for 3 spanish children to walk up and ask and get signed in to join. I did not see 1 English speaking child in the kids club the entire time. To be honest this is the first holiday I have been disappointed in. It was good enough to enjoy but very limiting. I think the last straw was us asking for a late check out room, we were told it couldn't be booked until the day before, we went to do it and we're told there was not a single room in the entire hotel for us avaliable, yet the spanish people checking out next to us got given one. Extra for access to the safe, extra for a kettle, credit card for towels, extra money to actually get \"all\" inclusive. Told no if your not spanish. We also had 4 cockroaches across the stay but I dont blame the hotel for that its nature!!

    Accommodation was lovely, I think there could've been a little more to do in the games room and possibly an extra baby swing. The food wasn't brilliant, a bit mis matched and undercooked at times. Rooms brilliant

    Lovely hotel! Great location, brilliant spacious rooms with views across the resort. Food was lovely with enough changes to the buffet each day to keep it interesting. Plenty of pools and space around the resort for relaxing. Our only complaint is that all of the pools were super deep!
