The hotel was spotless and the staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help us however they could. My one small critique, which has been mentioned by other travellers, would be the addition of a mini fridge in the room as standard without an extra charge as this would be so helpful given that the only board basis on offer was bed and breakfast

Being a small hotel , it felt VIP. The staff are super friendly and very helpful . The setting was clean and welcoming, lovely pool and seating in a lovely garden. Great breakfast and nothing beats the spectacular views of mountains and lake!

Wonderful selection for breakfast. Staff professional, friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere. Lovely pool. Everywhere extremely clean. Balcony with good view for each room. Ticino Card enabled easy and frequent bus ride to central area - ie to station, lakeside and town centre.

Our hotel was amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was super, loads of choice and always very fresh. The pool and garden area were lovely and the small and friendly vibe, personal touches are what distinguish a great hotel, which in our opinion this was. Very good location to Locarno via foot or bus and the train station very close to get you further afield if you want it, which we did! Can't rave enough about this hotel. Oh and the beds were lovely and comfy,quiet and always immaculately cleaned every day.
