Room cleaned 6 days a week. No hot water for 1 day but it was quickly sorted. The bungalows have a lot of steps to the hotel or beach which we were aware of which weren’t a problem for us but some people were struggling with them. The hotel has a courtesy bus from the hotel to the beach and back on the hour

Fantastic hotel. Superb staff. Soooo friendly. Delicious food....which could of been hotter. Room spotlessly clean. Couldn't fault it. But there was so many steps. Not ideal for anyone with walking difficulties or elderly.

This was our second stay at the Skiathos Blue but sadly we wouldn't return.

The hotel it’s self was lovely, but there were so many stairs to get to your bungalow, their was a lift to take you to your bungalow, however this was out of use, it would be beneficial if this was working again, even if you were charged €1 for every ride, that would help to maintain the lift. It is not ideal for older people. I think people going to this hotel need to be aware of the climate tax you have to pay at the end of your stay, €10 per night, which doesn’t seem a lot, but when you have been there for a week, €70 is expensive

The advertised 'bungalow' turned out to be accommodation, one of several, in numerous rows/tiers leading down a steep bank. For those lower down the bank there were up to 300 steps back up to the hotel - people need to be made aware of this fact at time of booking - not on arrival at the hotel!
