    The food at the hotel did not cater for the English. We were very much in the minority. The hotel was not 5 star. No welcome drink when arriving at the hotel, no snacks in the room on first night. No english tea available in the room, just flavoured/turkish. Not replenished every day. Loud music all day. Choice of food was not great. Not enough choice. Cereals were for the children, nothing extra except muesli for the adults. Where is the granola, nuts, Staff did not appear to be very happy or helpful, probably because of so many screaming babies/toddlers. I was advised the schedule for the rep visits would appear on the Tui app within 2 days of our holiday. This didn't happen. I tried using the contact tab but it just came back every time with an automated reply to contact Tui by telephone. I didn't want to waste my holiday time doing this. I then checked my Whatsapp messages on Tuesday to find our rep had messaged me to say there was a welcome meeting on the Monday previous. I don't use whatsapp very much and was very disappointed that I'd missed the welcome meeting. I then messaged back to ask when he was visiting the hotel and I didn't get a straightforward answer. Just tried to palm me off with asking me if I had any issues that could be dealt with using whatsapp.. I just wanted to know when he was visiting just in case. Did not get the schedule of visits. We came across him by accident on Wednesday in the lounge area. He didn't let us know he would be in the hotel. He was too busy selling trips. I approached him but he didn't want to spend any time with us. Food was luke warm most of the time. Enetertainment on some evenings was very good. No English channels except a music video channel. Pool towels worn and poor condition. A lot of sun beds were broken/damaged Went to a la carte italian restaurant - there were ants on the table. We moved to another table. They didn't replace anything on the table except the cheese and meat. A bit later, they let someone else eat at that table. There was no seafood a la carte . The room was very minimal and not felt homely. Needs some print or picture on the bare wall. I was advised by the Tui sales person and the rep I could check in at the airport but no-one warned me there would be a fee to pay. I didn't want to check in using the hotel wifi as it wasn't a secure connection. Had I known when a tui rep was visiting the hotel I could have asked him to help me. Because it was with Sunexpress I couldn't check in before we started the holiday which is what we prefer to do. It says the hotel is sustainable. Why are they using small bottles of shower gel etc rather than large containers that can be refilled.

    Although everything was there that we needed,we thought it could do with a room update,it was quite drab.Cleanliness was ok.Toilet rolls were not restocked one day.

    Hotel w pełni spełnił moje oczekiwania wobec standardu 5-gwiazdkowego. Pokoje były przestronne, dobrze wyposażone, bardzo czyste i codziennie sprzątane. Dużym plusem było również regularne uzupełnianie minibaru. Jedzenie w restauracji było bardzo smaczne i różnorodne. Każdego dnia dostępny był szeroki wybór dań, dzięki czemu każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Na pochwałę zasługuje także miła i pomocna obsługa hotelu. Hotel oferował ciekawy program animacyjny dla dorosłych, a dla dzieci przygotowano mini disco oraz klub z atrakcjami, w tym salą wspinaczkową i „małpim gajem”. Dodatkowo do dyspozycji gości było boisko sportowe oraz kort. Baseny były bardzo dobrze utrzymane i stanowiły świetne miejsce do wypoczynku. Jedyną sugestią byłoby zamieszczenie w opisie hotelu informacji o ich głębokości, co ułatwiłoby wybór szczególnie rodzinom podróżującym z dziećmi. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Hotel oferuje wysoki standard, wiele atrakcji dla całej rodziny oraz bardzo dobrą kuchnię. Z przyjemnością mogę polecić go innym osobom planującym wakacje w Turcji.
