    Everything from arrival and check in at Shangri-La Le Touessrok - the beautiful room, daytime and evening service and turndown staff, pool, beach, bar and restaurant staff, was just superb - excellent service, friendly courteous and helpful, always with a smile. Wonderful bars and restaurants with superb choice of food at high quality. Hotel and all areas cleanliness and tidiness. We absolutely loved a relaxing week here, and look forward to returning!

    Served a Raw fried egg Cold pre cooked poached eggs All food is cold and pre cooked making meat tough and food not hot Random 6 men in MY room ?? Leaking ceiling AC twice said was fixed leaked following morning Cockroach no one cleaned outside of the room Ants in the room when we arrived Continuous power cuts Wi-Fi down a lot of days No ice in numerous ice lattes Numerous Hot lattes served lukewarm General cleanliness of the hotel - not up to 5* standard. In room and in restaurants Bird poo on ALL chairs outside. Surely you know this is an issue so you should have someone cleaning this. Why would you expect everyone to sit on bird poo? And as cute as the birds are, they are all over the buffet eating from the buffet food. Chicken sandwich at lunch - couldn’t eat - chef came out and said “I know you’re a bit …” Sunbeds are all dirty. Not 5* at all. Ice boxes at the beach are a nice touch, but they’re filthy.
