Location great rooms very up to date only down side was bar no flexibility with allowing guests to have their own snacks by pool so we never had anything from poolside bar went to Casablanca instead that was better value and more of a holiday atmosphere, but would definitely recommend the Dona Elvira to friends and family. Because of rooms and TUI staff

Great hotel, great location, spotless clean

Nice hotel supposed to be self catering but can’t eat or drink anything other than water by the pool unless you buy from pool bar which is over priced and he’s so miserable needs to change or will lose a lot of customers because of him know a lot of people not coming back because of pool bar restrictions shame really nice hotel and staff

Rooms were good

Since this property has been taken over to me this is a step in wrong direction, reception staff not very friendly but cleaners absolutely brilliant cleanliness couldn't ask for anymore. Location fantastic but pool bar noone or not may people use because of staff....
