    Recommended

    The hotel was spotless. Could benefit from some tlc in the room but normal wear and tear in a busy hotel. Staff were perfect. Service with a smile at all times. The animation team made the holiday. Activities through the day were safe, inclusive and great fun and the trips outside the hotel were enjoyable. Food was great and the evening shows impressive.

    I wouldn’t say this was a 4star hotel at all, rooms need a complete renovation all the carpets in the hotel are filthy and stained. Showers are over a bath, I have a disability so asked for a walk in shower room but they only have 5 of these and couldn’t give me one until half way through the week, by that point it was pointless moving. There is plenty of sun beds and places to lounge, the beach is perfect if you want it more quiet and away from the noise of the pool. We arrive to our room, there wasn’t even a kettle or amenities to make a drink, the fridge also not anything in this. I would advice bringing your own water bottles and it is very much refill everywhere and they only use small party paper party cups for drinks on beach and around the complex. Your not given a map of the ground or where things are when you arrive some may give you some verbal information but it’s not much help. The free al carte your entitled to once per stay, well don’t bother going, there is not menu you aren’t given and information you are just given food, so if you have any allergies as we do or a vegetarian they can’t cater for tou and the food just wasn’t that good. Your sat in the bbq area and it’s just not very nice. They have two restaurants in the hotel that you have to pay for and personally one of them should be the al carte. Both of the restaurant are worth a visit and paying for. Also please take plenty of money with you change while there as there is no ATM at the hotel, and the hotel next door whew they say you can use never has money in it. You can take a taxi from outside hotel to an ATM about 5 mins away. Only one seem to work when we went on both occasions. This hotel personally was ok but not the best we’ve been to, and we’ve traveled to Tunisia 3 times.
