    Ideal family hotel but the adult entertainment was terrible. 9pm on a Saturday provided a child disco where a dance version of 'Old McDonald Had a Farm\" played several times. The evenijg entertainment was lacking within our hotel so we ventured to the sister hotel on 2 occasions. The bathroom in our room was tired, with broken tiles, missing/dirty grouting & unless at least a tip of €5 per day was left, water was not refilled. It is also worth noting for guests thst despite being an all inclusive hotel, soft drinks are replaced every 7 days & the description of the bar charges after midnight need updating. The charge applies to every bar, not only the bar inside the Nightclub. Alcoholic drinks are not available without charge anywhere in the hotel after midnight. After 11:30pm, the gardeners water the plants/grounds leaving the walking pathway like an ice rink. It's dangerous & is also worthy of note as we had a 15 minute walk to our accommodation block from the main restaurant & lobby bar so the slippery concrete could not be avoided. The pool also needs attention, broken tiles, missing & dirty grout. Such a shame as it let's down the overall look of the pool and means it will be unhygienic. When we checked in we were informed that out room did not have a kingsize bed, and we were told not to unpack as we would be moving the next day (time not provided). As we didn't want to sit waiting wasting our holiday time we informed reception that we would stay in the allocated room. At checkout we paid for late checkout & were moved to another room. Upon returning from the beach to get ready to leave, the room had no running water. Once sorted out, the water dud run but was brown, including within the shower despite us leaving it running. We both became unwell with severe upset stomachs by the time we arrived at Manchester airport, 8hrs later. I am still unwell one week on & have had to arrange a GP appt. The staff were helpful & mostly very friendly especially as they rely on tips to make ends meet. I don't believe the hotel should be listed as premium accommodation based on our experiences & those of other guests, from multiple nationalities.

    “Sentido Mamlouk”

    To już nasze 3 wakacje w tym hotelu. Czujemy się tam, jak w domu, zaopiekowani, wypoczęci i rozpieszczeni pod każdym względem (jedzenie, obsługa, spa). Serdecznie polecam każdemu.
