Lovely hotel, doesn't seem to quite know if its an adults only hotel or a kids hotel. Staff were lovely. Certainly not a 5 star, for 5 stars you need solid Wifi and enough sunbeds for all which this hotel struggled with but overall, nice place.

Ongelooflijk mooi hotel met super vriendelijk personeel. Orde en netheid dik pluspunt. Fantastische glijbanen en lekker eten. Lekkere cocktails,...enig minpuntje dat er geen animatie is overdag. Wel kidsclub maar zoals waterpolo,spelletjes voor jong en oud rond zwembad overdag is er niet...wel aquagym...maar we zochten dit jaar rust en dan zit je hier perfect. S'avonds wel steeds show of muziek.

The attention to detail started the moment we arrived. Our little one had his own dressing gown, tiny slippers, children's shampoo and toiletries waiting in the room. It was such a lovely touch and instantly made him feel included. Waterpark was amazing. The only slight downside I'd mention is that some of the water sprays on the younger children's slides are incredibly powerful! Even I struggled standing underneath them, so I imagine they could be a bit much for some little ones. Pool was my favourite part - stunning. One thing I have to mention is the staff. They were incredible. I've stayed at all-inclusive hotels before where drinks are quite limited, but that wasn't the case here at all. Whatever cocktail or drink you fancied, they were happy to make it. The staff regularly walked around the pool taking drink orders and bringing them straight to your sunbed, always with huge smiles. They constantly reminded us that we were on holiday and encouraged us to completely relax and enjoy ourselves. Entertainment was great, not over the top, just what you would want however started too late for the kids, and often ran later than start time
