    The room advertised on the website that we thought we had paid for; turned out not to be what we were given. The small print did state the room which we were given, but the picture is suggestive of a better room, which was misleading. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the service was great. The food and drink were of a high standard. The evening entertainment was repetitive - basically the same show every night.

    This hotel was amazing, i have no bad experience to write about; the room was gorgeous; the whole hotel was clean and always looked beautiful, it was a lovely location, the staff there are lovely and welcoming, day time around the pool was amazing. the entertainment at night was just perfect for us, nothing too crazy but something to keep an atmosphere at the hotel, different themes. the food was amazing, having the choices of 3 à la carte restaurants, but the buffet was our favourite, always had amazing food. Overall favourite holiday

    The resort is beautifully designed and looks stunning. It certainly has the appearance and atmosphere of a five-star property, but unfortunately the service didn’t consistently match that standard. The staff could have been friendlier and more attentive. Drinks orders were often incorrect, and when we requested missing items for our room, such as towels, they never arrived. These small issues added up and impacted the overall experience. We stayed in a swim-up room, which was disappointing as there was no drinks or room service available throughout the day. Having to leave the room and walk to the main pool bars every time we wanted a drink was a significant inconvenience and took away from what should have been a premium experience. Some of the swim-up rooms also accommodated three guests, which didn’t seem to work well. The areas felt cluttered and overcrowded, and many of these groups were families with children aged 16 and over. As we’d specifically booked an adults-only resort for a peaceful atmosphere, this somewhat detracted from the experience. We feel these rooms would be better suited to a maximum of two guests. The restaurants were excellent, particularly Umi. The food was fantastic, the views were beautiful, and the service there was noticeably better than elsewhere in the resort. The hotel’s location is perfect for a relaxing getaway and was one of the highlights of our stay. Although the resort is advertised as all-inclusive, there were several unexpected additional charges. For example, alcohol at the à la carte restaurants came at an extra cost, which felt unusual for an all-inclusive resort. The resort’s social media also promotes experiences such as wine tastings and Michelin chef events. Unfortunately, none of these were available during the week of our stay, which was disappointing. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend the resort. However, while it certainly looks and feels like a five-star property, a number of service improvements and a few operational changes would help it truly deliver the exceptional five-star experience it advertises.

    “Traumhaft”

    Der Urlaub und das Hotel waren super schön und wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, besonders die drei Themenrestaurants. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Cocktails waren sehr gut. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden.
