The villa was to far away from the main restaurant Both being opposite ends of the complex You could ring reception and ask for a buggy but this could be a long wait if it turned up The web site gave the us the impression that the villas had a restaurant and we could go over to the sister hotel to use their facilities It is one hotel not 2 When staying in a 4+ establishment you wouldnt expect to be given paper cups for your beer in the bar area In the evening at Sandy Villas you wouldnt expect to be having to use a token for a plastic glass While sitting in the bar area of the Sandy villas we saw a rat run along the wall of the greek restaurant When reported to the bar man he seemed to think it was a joke but came across as this isnt the first time that its been seen Over all the villa was really nice and clean Only issue we had was on the second morning there was no water to have a shower as they had run out The hotel was in need of some attention to detail like the areas of the pool Sandy villa end needed a good jet wash and the weeds growing through the paving area needed to be removed

Great location with hotel having multiple pools including adult only and water slides. Also hotels own beach with bar close by

“Absolut schlimm”

Hotel wurde mit dem Partnerhotel zusammen gelegt. Essen und trinken sind nur noch auf Masse ausgelegt. Es gibt ausschließlich Getränke aus Automaten zum selber Zapfen. Selbst Wein und Bier kommt aus so einer Anlage. An den Bars soll man für alles mögliche noch zusätzlich bezahlen trotz AI. Alles schmeckt nach Chlor. Wir hatten nach 2 Tagen genügend haben nur noch auswärts gegessen. Trinken haben wir uns im Supermarkt selber gekauft, damit hörten auch die Bauchschmerzen auf. Personal war bemüht aber war teilweise überfordert! Salate wurden nicht gekühlt, Wurst und Käse auch nicht, ab 9 Uhr gab es teilweise keine Brötchen mehr. Essen war meist kalt! Ein 5* Hotel ist es einfach nicht mehr. Die Zimmer waren okay. Mängel wurden versucht zu reparieren teilweise wurde es dadurch aber schlimmer. Die Reiseleitung, der Kundenservice von TUI und auch die Gästebetreuung von Hotel war absolut bemüht. Aber auch das Personal bestätigte uns das durch die Zusammenlegung der Hotels gerade das Essen nur noch auf Masse ausgelegt war. Die Insel ist wirklich toll! Der Strand war auch wirklich toll. Wir hatten eine komplette Villa als Familie. Der Pool war wirklich toll, wir würden das aber auf keinen Fall empfehlen oder nochmal buchen.

Pleasant calm accommodation Only spoilt by masses of mosquitoes, better controls in rooms would be good. Some people got bites and got infected.
