    We made several complaints that were unanswered. We requested things like diet drinks for our diabetic child - this was really hard. There was a lack of cleanliness around the pool, the food was cold/warm even at the start of the dinner services. Staff were generally unhelpful and it definitely was not a five star hotel. I am making a complaint to Tui on the link sent by the resort rep - as we feel the holiday we got and what was advertised were not the same.

    “Schöner erholsamer Urlaub mit kleineren Abstrichen”

    Der Urlaub war im Grossen und Ganzen sehr erholsam und abwechslungsreich. Das Hotelpersonal war durchweg sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, somit können wir die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko: Der Strand war leider während unseres dreiwöchigen Aufenthalts durchgehend mit Braunalgen übersät, sodass wir den Hotelstrandbereich nicht zum Baden nutzen konnten. Ansonsten aber ein toller Aufenthalt!

    Not as advertised by Tui. This is predominantly a hotel for members. We were accosted several times about timeshare options. Tui states access to 7/ 8 bars , in reality it is 2 during the day and the one at the family pool is swim up only. If you want a drink not in the pool then you'll need to go to the beach which is a 20 min walk. Shuttle run but only 1 and there is no queuing system, ita quite shambolic. Waited 40 mins one night in 34 degrees with a 5 yo. Roya Elite ( timeshare) guests get access to much more services and nicer pools. This was not advertised with Tui and I would not recommend the hotel for thia reason. I really feel the hotel we were sold was not what we got. A shame really for over 6k. The seaweed situation in Mexico is terrible right now( not the hotel or Tuis fault) but we couldnt use the beach at all. I think this needs to be made clear to customers as I would of booked another location
