    The resort is incredible. I'll struggle to even put into words how amazing it is. It truly feels like they didn't carve out the jungle and put a resort there, they instead have embedded themselves within the land and made use of the natural environment to accompany their buildings. The animals you'll see here, from the wild ones to the rescued ones, are fantastic. On our first night of arriving there was a ridiculously strong thunderstorm and unfortunately a leak started in the wall of our room and popped through causing some pretty quick flooding - this was at about 3AM. by roughly 3:30AM we were in a brand new room that they had quickly prepared for us to move over. They sent someone to collect the bags and drive us round to the new room, it was basically no effort on our part other than letting them know of the issue. The water park is good fun for a few hours so it's worth checking that out. We regularly started the day there then moved onto the pool. The evening entertainment can be described as something that does not belong in a resort like this. The shows are amazing. I'm used to pretty poor or \"entertaining enough\" shows at a resort like this. But here they are next level. They have proper dance troupes, putting on unbelievably good performances. Finally the entertainment team. We met Sebastian and Sam and one other (and I hate I can't remember their name) at the Micheal Jackson tribute night, and all were fantastic. Sam dragged me up on stage for the Micheal Jackson dance competition which was a right laugh. I was stood next to Sebastian and it was his second day. He basically encouraged me to do certain moves, I did it and I won 🤣. They guy's a legend and he has took to his new job amazingly. Such a nice guy, always says hello and stops for a chat. He pulled me into a water/pool volleyball game too which was lots of fun, and we won that too.

    Toilet broke went to reception 5 times before it was finally fixed Same with the air conditioning it was leaking water and took 4 times of reporting for something to be done
