    Very disappointed . Have not got time to list all the negatives about this resort . But what I will say is no eay on earth is this 5 star

    We were very disappointed with our stay. This hotel is advertised as a 5-star resort, but unfortunately it fell far below our expectations. Considering the high price we paid for the holiday, the standard of service, food, and overall experience was simply not acceptable. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel. Reception The reception staff were not as helpful or informative as we expected. Almost every time we asked a question, we were told to “check the app” instead of receiving assistance directly. We expected much better customer service from a 5-star hotel. Cleanliness The housekeeping staff did a good job keeping the room tidy, and the towels and bed linen were changed every few days. However, there was a constant smell of mould in our room throughout our entire stay, which made it feel unpleasant. The communal areas were not so clean as they should. Buffet (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) The buffet offered a very limited selection of food. The serving trays were nearly empty, creating a poor dining experience. This is certainly not what we expected from a 5-star resort. Bar Drinks frequently ran out, and the selection of branded alcoholic beverages was very limited. The shelves displayed empty bottles of premium brands, while in reality only cheaper alternatives were available. This was disappointing, especially for an all-inclusive resort. On several occasions, when a particular drink was unavailable, staff simply told guests to go to another bar which was inconvenient and frustrating. À La Carte Restaurants Reservations had to be made through the app at least two days in advance. We found it frustrating that we had to decide several days ahead which cuisine we wanted to eat. Since the buffet was disappointing, the à la carte restaurants were the better option. The food there was very good, although the portions were quite small. We only discovered after three days that guests could order multiple dishes if they wished something that should have been explained upon arrival. Food Truck / Chef To Go Many menu items were unavailable because key ingredients were regularly missing. It was common for dishes to be incomplete or unavailable altogether. Waiting times were also very long, as Diamond Club guests were given priority. Beach The beach itself was beautiful, with plenty of sun loungers. However, there were very few umbrellas available. Overall Although there were a few positives, such as the beautiful beach, friendly staff, and good quality food in the à la carte restaurants, they did not make up for the overall poor experience. For a hotel claiming to be 5 stars, the service, facilities, and dining options were well below the standard we expected. Given the premium price we paid, we left feeling disappointed and would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others.

    For Hotel and beach are very nice.. Room was nice overlooking one of the pools. The room was cleaned daily by friendly cleaning staff. Against No teabags or milk in room on daily basis. Entertainment was not good. Main restaurant was closed on several days due to lack of food we were told by staff. Drinks ran out at pool bar.. Rep didn't appear on day she said she would.

    Hotel and staff were fabulous only improvement is pool maintenance is required, pool tiles were coming up (a lot) partner cut his foot on tiles.
