    Ran out of stuff constantly,wine ,apples ,strawberry for drinks ,peanut butter ,hot chocolate,The seafood part of buffet never opened and I'm pescatarian but was plenty of pigs foot stew! ,bulls foot stew ! ,no atm working ,no money at hotel either tiles falling off pools ,pool closed with boarding around it . Short on wine glasses Food in buffet overcooked or cold Broken umbrellas Buffet closed for three nights ,no warning so had to eat out . Kids splash pool not open, Staff just laughed at us when we said it was advertised as a 5 star ,they said they didn't have any stars . The list could go on and on some customers had received refunds while they were still on holiday,that's how poor it was . Tui sold this as a five star resort which it clearly wasn't slightly close to ,apparently it's closing soon for complete refurb which again says it all . I strongly feel let down by tui and feel I was mis sold this holiday which sadly is one of the worst I've ever experienced. I'm expecting some sort of compensation

    Room was completely wet when we arrived - the floor was a puddle, and it was very dangerous. The mirrored wall in the bedroom was a problem as any lights, whether morning light at edges of the curtains or lights on TV, smoke detectors etc, were all reflected so whichever side you lay on you couldn't escape them. One of the cupboard doors fell off - someone came up to mend it, but the next time we used it it fell off again. Bed was comfortable and there was a decent amount of storage space

    Needs a lot of updating and general maintenance had to pay a deposit on arrival by credit card incase of any danage, have never had to do this on any other holiday pool and pool area need a great deal of work.
