    Recommended

    It’s a lovely hotel with a private beach and pools. Service is hit and miss. Some days no water in room, other days no flannels or hand towels and then too many bath towels, all issues sorted in a quick and friendly manner, but it became a bit of a standing joke when we got back to the room each day to see what was missing or full to bursting. Not easy to get restaurant reservations as the app wasn’t working, but the hotel set up a manned desk to accommodate.Martini bar service is awful , it was quicker to walk to another bar and bring your drinks back, the staff were really disorganised and did seem to care, other bars were excellent Overall though a great hotel, good food and pleasure to stay there. Would definitely recommend, but don’t expect the kind of service you get in the far east!

    It was not a 5* hotel. Food in the buffet restaurant was normally cold (matter discussed with Exec Chef), availability & labelling of gluten free food was minimal, many of the a la carte restaurants were frequently closed of an evening & when open, guests had to retain cutlery for next course. Staff engaging varied between being helpful to downright surly.

    Our room and corridor always smells fresh. The view from the balcony was spectacular . The beautiful, various pool ,beverages and food was good. It was what we needed and it was delivered The fridge was stock with enough water . Our overall experience was good .
