    Food was extremely disappointing, very repetitive..restaurant was not capable to accommodate the amount of guests staying so it was always really busy and dirty. My son was extremely poorly for two days and didnt eat after that! Although our maid was lovely she never cleaned our room once, apart from empty the bin and changed my sons bed when i asked her too. We had sticky areas on the floor which were there before we arrived and were still there the day we left. Pool areas were great, slides were a fun addition. Lifeguards were friendly and attentive and the guy on the rollerblades around the pool area was always so happy.

    Honestly we were really anxious and worried ahead of going based on some recent bad reviews. It really swayed our expectations. But Royal Seginus was absolutely fantastic. Take it on face value for price paid to experience received and don't go expecting 5 star ultimate luxury and you will really enjoy it. The service was pretty good but we weren't expecting to be served on hand and foot. We were happy to help ourselves at breakfast lunch and dinner but the staff did get us drinks to the table etc. Our room was absolutely amazing, so big! Very luxurious. I know want a steam shower at home lol. The room was cleaned towels and sheets changed daily. The food was actually pretty decent. It wasn't like eating at The Ivy don't get me wrong but there was always something to eat and we never got ill or any sign of sickness once, (as previous reviews stated.) If we picked something that didn't look completely convincing (maybe slightly pink) just get something else. The vast selection of food and drinks was absolutely incredible (albeit it maybe a bit repetitive if you stick to what you feel comfortable with.) There was always a huge selection of food inside, outside or at the beach. You won't go hungry! The resort, beach and pools were absolutely amazing. Honestly I would highly recommend it. One of the best holidays we have ever had! The only negative is the blue slide beat me up a bit and chucked me out the ring so maybe avoid the slides - that did happen to others also I did see people exiting with bruises The location is so close to Land Of Legends definitely go there and the walk or short taxi to Lara Bazaar was a highlight too. Thankyou. We loved it.

    Beautiful hotel lovely staff, lovely location next to lots of shops and a beautiful beach. Pools were incredible , entertainment was awesome! And drinks on tap, even when you're sat on your sun lounger.. what more could you want.
