    Such a lovely resort, one of the best we’ve been to and we’ve been to quite a few now. The kids area was great and lots to do. Really enjoyed the pools and having a private beach. Staff were friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy interacting with our son. We also really loved the cactus restaurant, the food was amazing.

    We had an absolutely exceptional holiday at Rixos Sungate in Kemer with TUI and genuinely could not fault the experience from beginning to end. Accessibility was one of the most important factors when choosing our holiday, as we were travelling with a family member who uses a wheelchair. This was a major reason we chose both TUI and Rixos Sungate, and we were extremely pleased with our decision. The accessibility information gave us the confidence to book, and the accessible facilities, step-free routes and ease of moving around the resort made an enormous difference to our whole family. It meant that everyone could enjoy the holiday together without our family member feeling excluded. The booking process with TUI was straightforward, communication was excellent, and everything was organised very well. The airport experience, flights and transfers all ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our holiday from the moment we left home. Rixos Sungate itself was outstanding. The hotel and grounds were beautiful, exceptionally clean and incredibly well maintained. The facilities were superb, with something available for everyone. The stunning pools, beach, restaurants and entertainment made it feel like a genuinely luxurious resort. The food was excellent, with an enormous variety available throughout the day. The quality, choice and presentation were consistently impressive, and every member of our party was extremely well catered for. What made the holiday particularly special, however, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, attentive and genuinely eager to help. Their support and consideration regarding accessibility were especially appreciated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their professionalism and kindness created such a lovely atmosphere throughout the resort. Everything came together perfectly: a beautiful destination, outstanding hotel, fantastic food, excellent facilities, wonderful staff, good accessibility and a seamless experience with TUI. We were able to switch off and enjoy precious time together as a family because we felt reassured and well looked after. We returned home with wonderful memories and would wholeheartedly recommend both TUI and Rixos Sungate, particularly to families for whom accessibility is an essential consideration. We would return without hesitation. A truly unforgettable five-star holiday from start to finish!
