    Recommended

    The hotel is in the process of upgrading block by block this work is ongoing throughout the night's and days but it didnt impact the resort at all. We always find this hotel and its staff beautiful 😍 the staff make you feel like your part of the family . There where a few issue with Russian and Ukrainian fights but the hotel have put extra security within the resort as a visible force so most people just get along..

    The hotel was fantastic, facilities and service were exceptionally good. The room was immaculate. Very clean and plenty of availability for anything you could need. Very attentive and friendly staff throughout. Wide variety of food, drink, entertainment and activities.

    Our room itself was comfortable and clean, but unfortunately the location of the accommodation significantly affected our experience. We were allocated a room on the Aqua side of the resort, which is extremely far from the main areas and not realistically convenient to walk between regularly, particularly with my partner being pregnant. This meant we were heavily reliant on the resort shuttle buses. Unfortunately, there simply did not appear to be enough buses for the size and occupancy of the resort, and when buses did arrive, they were often overcrowded and extremely difficult to board due to the lack of an organised queuing system. We experienced other guests pushing and forcing their way onto buses, sometimes physically pushing past us, and there was very little intervention from hotel staff. This left us unable to reliably use the transport provided by the hotel. As a result, being located on the Aqua side became a genuine inconvenience rather than simply being a slightly less central room location. In the heat, and with my pregnant partner, it made getting around the resort unnecessarily difficult and stressful. The accommodation itself was fine, but the combination of its remote location, insufficient shuttle service and lack of effective management of the shuttle situation made the location a significant negative for us. Also placed on 2nd floor when Mrs was pregnant despite telling hotel about this prior.

    All very I’ve but the room we had was looking tired. In need of a spruce up. This didn’t effect the stay but as a premium hotel this needs to be done IMO
