Wir arbeiten daran, diese so bald wie möglich zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Our accommodation was as stated when we booked. There were a few niggles throughout our stay. On the TUI website it states that you can book al a cate restaurants on site for once per stay, but upon booking, You can only book one of the restaurant per stay not once for all, I feel this was miss leading. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were directed into a family room area without any understanding of the check in process. No one communicated to us about the check in process. We didn't have a drink to hand and waited around to be directed. Due to no one coming to collect us, my parnter went up to the check in desk to figure out what was going on and that's when things start to love along. Was a frustrating set up to deal with coming off a 4hr flight and 60 min transfer. A little communication goes along way. We did feed this back to the hotel. The services was slightly inconsistent but as the holiday progressed we learnt what worked to get good service and this became much smoother. The hotel was clear and we kept if not a little dated in the rooms, hallways and certain areas outside. It needs a bit of a revamp. The layout of the hotel was frustrating at time and didn't feel like it flowed well. We stayed in the main building and there were only 2 lifts or one spiral staircase to get up and down, if you were passing people on the stairs, pray for you life as it was perilous and impossible to navigate. The beach side bar was outstanding with live music band entertainment every night and greatly made cocktails when they had the stock. Overall we enjoed out stay but wouldn't recommend due to inconsistencies and dated feel.
Show moreWe recently stayed at Rixos Park Belek and unfortunately came away quite disappointed. There were some positives, and the Guest Relations team were polite and seemed genuinely keen to help, but there were too many frustrating incidents during the stay for me to overlook. One of the strangest issues was something as basic as getting Coke Zero. Despite being an all-inclusive resort, our minibar did not have Coke Zero, so I went to one of the bars to get some. I asked for the bottles to be left closed because I had to walk back to the room while pushing a pram. The bartender refused and insisted on opening them, despite happily preparing multiple drinks and cocktails for other guests. I then had to push a pram back while carrying two open bottles. It may sound minor, but it was unnecessarily inconvenient and made absolutely no sense. Not to mention, people pushing in and making it seem like a competition to get a drink. More concerning was the speed at which some of the resort buggies were being driven around pedestrian areas. On one occasion, one came far too close to my 4 year-old daughter and almost ran her over - the buggy stopped 1ft away or less. In a family resort with children constantly walking around, this really needs to be taken seriously especially on paths. The front staff manager (mehmet) was genuinely a nice person and was very apologetic and addressed this behavior but it is just simply uncomfortable to work around with kids in the resort as you constantly have to look over your shoulder. There was also an incident at one of the bars where a visibly drunk guest pushed straight into the queue. Rather than dealing with it, the bartender was joking and chatting with him. When I challenged this, I was told it was because the bartender knew the guest. That is hardly an acceptable reason to allow someone to behave differently from everyone else waiting patiently. I did raise these issues with Guest Relations, and to their credit they were apologetic and tried to resolve things. I would much rather the focus be on addressing the underlying issues so future guests do not experience them. The flooring around the outdoor pool need serious work - the wood is heavily splintered. You can walk barefooted but at your own risk. Also, you need towel cards...to get towels from the swimming pools and if you forget them, you are lucky to get one or two from there. It absolutely makes no sense as to why you would have such a policy, non of the resorts had this when I stayed in the past. The reception team...no words for these guys. On the last day my luggage was in the luggage hold, and I asked for the side door to be open so I can take them out to my car. The reception person could not be bothered getting up and unlocking the door, and after waiting a few minutes in the room, i've had enough and dragged my luggage through the manual revolving door (YES, not even an automatic revolving entrance door). The kids club staff were very friendly however and were genuinely helpful. There are good aspects to the hotel and some very helpful members of staff, but our overall experience did not match the standard I expected from Rixos. Put together, these incidents they created a feeling that basic standards and consistency were lacking. For a Rixos-branded resort, and at the price point being charged, I expected considerably better. I have stayed in multiple rixos resorts and this is by far the worst and would say this is a 3-star resort at best.
Show moreAccommodation was clean, but needs improvements and upgrades as is quite outdated. Food also quite average and not the best I’ve seen at an all-inclusive hotel, especially from a brand like Rixos
Show moreWir waren rundum zufrieden! ❤️
Show more⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic stay at Rixos Park Belek! 🇹🇷☀️ We recently stayed at Rixos Park Belek for our holiday in Turkey and had such a fantastic time! We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Our room was a basic room with a balcony in the main block, and it was absolutely perfect for us. It was spacious, the beds were really comfortable and, most importantly, it was lovely and quiet — we weren’t disturbed by any noise during our stay. 🍴 Food & Restaurants The buffet food was great, with such a huge variety of options to choose from. There was something for everyone, and we were really impressed with the choice available. We also tried some of the à la carte restaurants, and the Teppanyaki was definitely our favourite! The chefs, Imam & Marjorie, were amazing. They were so friendly and welcoming, and the food was honestly something else! We enjoyed it so much that we went back twice! 🥰 We also tried the Italian restaurant, which was lovely and definitely worth a visit. 😌 A special mention also has to go to Mary-Joy, who was incredibly helpful during our stay. She managed to arrange an extra reservation at one of the à la carte restaurants for us, which we really appreciated. She also helped us arrange a late checkout, which made our last day so much more relaxed and enjoyable. Thank you, Mary-Joy! 🫶 🫶 The Staff The staff really helped make our holiday special. We got chatting to one of the sports coaches, Michael, who was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed talking to him about the activities available at the hotel, as well as his background and what brought him to Turkey. 🇹🇷 We also got to know Ahmed from the Spa, who would often stop and chat with us when we were around the pool. And Emir, the trainee, was amazing too! 🫶 It was lovely getting to know some of the staff during our stay, and everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. ☀️ Pool & Facilities The pool area was great, and the sunbeds were so comfortable — perfect for relaxing in the sunshine! We loved the fact that there was a QR code system where you could order drinks directly to your sunbed, which was so convenient. There were also two bars around the pool where you could get drinks and snacks, including crisps. And one of our favourite bonuses was the on-site Starbucks! ☕️ Having Starbucks included in the price was incredible, and we definitely made the most of it! ❤️ Overall Overall, we had such a brilliant holiday at Rixos Park Belek. The hotel was lovely, the food was great, the facilities were fantastic and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Imam, Marjorie, Michael, Ahmed, Emir and Mary-Joy for making our stay even more memorable. 🫶 We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to return! ❤️🇹🇷
