    Recommended

    The hotel it's self was very accommodating, it was as it was described. We had a small issue regarding the drinks included or not included in the all inclusive but we genuinely felt that this was a mistake they were unaware of and looked proactive in resolving the issue not just for ourselves but for other customers who were also struggling with the inconsistencies.

    Arrived very early in the morning not a lot explained about the all inclusive etc. hotel is nice but very little in the area you either have to travel to have any facilities other than what the hotel can offer. Evening meals where a little testing sometimes having a free for all for getting a table twice someone else sat at the table we picked while we where getting our food. Would be better to have escorted people to tables which I would have expected form a 4 star hotel

    The room was ok but the air con unit had mould in it and every time we switched it, it would make the whole room smell mouldy. The phone in the room never work, also this was reported to the hotel staff and the rep and not once did anyone do anything about this.

    The staff were very helpful. And this is for all staff. As the cleaners and restaurant and the reception, All the staff made the holiday feel great .
