    A great hotel on a brilliant location to explore both left and right sides of the resort. We were situated on the quiet side (1118), the room was perfect up until the very last night, when multiple junior football teams were staying at the resort too, for some footbal tournament, the left/right/upstairs rooms around ours were occupied by these teams and was so loud we had to speak to their adult leaders 😳. The pool area is superb, no fighting for beds, the pool was baltic, but ok when you took a man up pill and submerged yourself. The pool area could really do with some background music to add to the very quiet atmosphere. The food was OK, plenty of varied selection and you would never go hungry there. The 2 x A La Carte restaurants were our saviour and very much the same food as the main canteen, but much better service and polite and lovely staff who went out of their way to provide a bottle of Prosseco on my Birthday (thanks). Praise must go to the staff there who work tirelessly to support. The quality of the alcoholic drinks is not brilliant, all local brands and pretty tasteless (my opinion only). Cocktails are dispensed from an electronic drinks machine. The Radler, Prosseco and Ballantines just about saved the week. All in this is not a 4* hotel, but we had a good week and might possibly return if there some poolside music and better quality beverages.

    When we arrived the staff very kindly took our suitcases to our room. We was told we had a family room with a sea view which was lovely surprise.
