    Hotel was absoultley amazing, complex was outstanding, the staff was second to none from receptionist to waiters to house keeping everywhere was spectacular, all the staff was so pite and nothing was an issue. The staff was exceptional

    I can safely say that the Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort and Spa was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. I can’t think of too many other hotels where the staff take so much pride in making your stay so enjoyable. Our day would start at breakfast where we would go to the Sunset Corner to be warmly greeted by Waed and Mohammed, who would ensure that we had free flowing coffee and orange juice. We would then order freshly made omelettes, expertly cooked by Saadoun (who also does an excellent chicken or beef burger for lunch at the leisure pool bar). I can’t think of too many better ways to start the day. We would then typically go to the Leisure pool, where Soliman and the team of excellent lifeguards (including Ahmed, Hassan, Alaa and others whose names I forget to write down), would ensure we had clean towels and that that pool area was spotless). When the Leisure bar opened Essam and Mohamed would bring us drinks throughout the day, with constant smiles. At lunch we would go to Sea Breeze, where Esmail would great us and take us to our favourite table, and Yousef would bring us wine and ensure everything was to our liking. Throughout the day we would speak to Sayed and Hassan, who would sort out our water sports and diving activities. If dinner wasn’t at Sea Breeze or Sunset Corner, we would book one of the a la carte restaurants, through Emma in guest relations (who made sure everything about our stay was perfect). At Al Dente Mohammed would ensure we had a nice meal, and in Romantique Ahmed, would be very attentive. Everyday Ahmed in housekeeping would ensure our room was spotless and well-kept and would work with the wider housekeeping team to keep our mini bar topped up. The food in the restaurants was always excellent, and the gardeners kept the ground immaculate. I would 110% recommend staying at Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort and Spa.

    Rooms, although a good size, were really quite grubby. Rubbish was left in one room, toilets were especially dirty. The fabric ofthe room was poor as was the quality of finish, tiling etc. Layout of the room with a connected room was great, storage space was excellent and beds were good. The Customer Experience lady on-site was very good being proactive to solve the issues we had.

    There was building work, that we were not notified about and lots of noise from it. The hotel needs more signage and information (maybe a printed map) when you arrive a 2am the hotel manger was lovely, but you're not going to remember any information the next day. It was a big resort with not much signage to find you're way around a map in the lobby is not much use when your room is at the furthest point away
