    I'd say the Ramada is a 4 star at best. I sent the back in the Ali carte restaurant as I ordered well done and it came out under cooked when it out the second was still pink so I sent it back and left the restaurant. The hotel food was very repetitive. The same everyday.the slide in the hotel pool was closed. The children's slide in the beech area has a large bucket of water cascading down which children loved bet water was turned off for long periods throughput the day. So not very for the children. Id think after over 20 years with tui and at £8700this was the worst holiday. Thank god they had chips and burgers.the room never even had a chest of drawers or even a drawer in the bedside table.not really suitable for 3 people. This was our 4th trip to Turkey and the last.

    hotel lovely stayed there many times always have problems with the reception staff always men not helpful have to use guest relations who are amazing and always sort things out our holiday is to rest and relax having poor mobility due to oesteoarthritis we need comfort in room extra pillows which we had problems last september wouldn’t give us any extra ones the transfer to hotel was shouting at us because we didn’t tip him enough he came in hotel ranting which was embarrassing tipping is our choice i’m a widow with one wage i have to save for my holidays
