    The accommodation was great- perfectly situated in the middle of Kranjka Gora , very clean, staff great, and the best hotel buffet food we have ever tasted- very good quality! We did however have a problem in our second week- As it was near end of summer season - the hotel felt they did not have enough guests to provide a full Evening meal - so decided to only do Breakfast for the last 4 days we were there. Evening meals to be taken in a poorer quality hotel- The Kompass ( a hotel we have stopped at many years ago - and found the experience disappointing!) which is 300m away - no fun when it’s raining! And , we felt served substandard food. We also only found out about this when we entered the closed dining room of our hotel! When approaching the main desk- we were told all the Ingam’s guests had been informed via there rep- but as TUI did not have reps in situ we were not told! When I rang our rep ‘Tom’ - the number he had scribbled down on a bit of paper- with odd numbers scribbled out - as he couldn’t remember his number! - was unobtainable!!! We eventually found someone to talk to via the App… We complained re the Kompass to the manager- who thankfully included us in the dining room of the OTHER Ramada hotel - practically NEXT DOOR! - so why were we not directed there instead of the Kompass in the first place??? It also appeared that’Tom’ our rep for the holiday had gone home at the end of our first week!!! So how could he be our rep? - even if we could have found out his phone number??? I do feel that though you are saving money not having reps in situ- it does marr your otherwise excellent service. There was also NO DEPARTURE TIME on the message sent via the app only be there 15 mins before … we had to ring up the App rep again to find this out? - very poor…..

    We have been several times to the Ramada Hotel and Suites, it is always very clean and tidy but could do with a bit of a face lift now.
