    Recommended

    Room where really clean and our cleaner was lovely Pool arrive poor - they didnt clean the cups up from the night before. Or hose down the floor every evening Location to the see excellent Has the potential to be a good hotel. Just needs some work Buffet and food were great. Staff slow to sort problems

    Hotel dated, had to change rooms due to cockroaches in bathroom. Some parts of hotel are dated, awful smells from bathrooms, pool areas never washed down. Al a carte menu’s not as described. Food always in one restaurant for all inclusive.

    Smoking of cannabis is allowed and not policed by staff or management, building works happen and not informing customers, food and safety around this is an issue, no transfer was available once landed to take us to the resort, complaints made to rep and via TUI app and not followed through even though this was said this would be actioned

    Shower cubicle kept flooding, room phone not working all week despite notifying the receptionist. Personal towel was removed from our room as was a “laundry bag (July-brand name)”. Housekeeping kept doing half a job. We paid £3,000+ for our 1 week stay, problems like this should not be happening.
