    As stated felt very much alone and unwanted. Had numerous issues with the room. Every day something went wrong but no rep to talk too. Food was awful and felt intimidated at times when we did not buy a drink at the meal. Reception was helpful but agreed the room issues were more than expected

    “Tolles Protur-Hotel in guter Lage”

    Die gesamte Hotelanlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt etwas abseits vom Trubel in Cala Ratjada aber nur ca. 15-20 Minuten von den beiden großen Badebuchten und dem Hafen entfernt. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Junior Suites sind sehr geräumig mit Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr reichhaltig und hat uns immer sehr gut geschmeckt.

    After our hour late departure from Glasgow and reporting damage to my wife’s luggage . Arriving later at our hotel Protur Turo Pins in Cala Ratjada we certainly received a warm welcome from Llorenz on reception duty and swiftly booked us in . He explained everything clearly and after leaving our luggage in the apartment , said we could head to the restaurant as we had time before it closed at 2130 . Also during our say Llorenz was great for local information and any help required . We had a ground floor accommodation with separate bedroom & on suite and great balcony with table & chairs but most of all our own sun beds which we loved and located on a quiet side of the hotel .
