    The air conditioning was absolutely horrific so bad for the heat it ruined the holiday even the taxi men were able to tell us how bad it was . My husband has asthma so the nights in the room was near 30 degrees he found it very hard Reception no air conditioning actually felt so sick most of the time as the weather was so hot. It was the talk of the hotel the air con Are fridge didn’t work rang 3 times about it so was drinking hot water most of the time it would 10O % turn me off goin back or recommending the hotel. They said it has to be at 21 degrees in the room the air conditioning as it’s to expensive to go any Lower so that was not good to here . For the money it’s not worth it. Food was good entertainment good location good

    The hotel was overcrowded. There was no room to walk around as there were too many people. The restaurant was completely overcrowded The food was basic and no tea or coffee at lunch and dinner. The only free water was tap water. There was no water for fully inclusive it had to be paid for I was very disappointed with the hotel. We also had a few power cuts which meant there was no air conditioning.
