Location was great. Views over the sea and to Turkey were fabulous. Staff very friendly. Food great. Lovely pool with access also to a secluded beach. Plenty of sun beds of different variety.

Great accommodation in a beautiful setting but the check in process (online) left everyone confused! Hotel facilities were not explained and you had to find out how everything worked as you went along or from other guests. No tea and coffee in the room, considering it was 5* was disappointing and lots of other guests ended up buying kettles - this needs to be reviewed. Cleaning staff, reception and porters were great, some of the bar staff a little rude. No entertainment at all which meant going to the local town each night costing €16 a journey.

Beach not as described and had no resemblance to photo provided. Sunbeds by pool and beach had no sufficient shade and were in a very poor condition on beach. They did not match the photo at all. Towels provided in room were poor and of insufficient size to dry or cover yourself properly. Lack of bathroom accessories or space. Large area of bedroom taken up with what looked like a sunbed which left nowhere to put cases. Lack of sufficient information about the trip into town needing a taxi as unsafe to walk on roads. Insufficient description of the number of stairs and flights to get to all parts of hotel. Poor lighting at night when walking back flights of steps to room. Health and safety concerns with steps and edges with all areas of hotel due to lack of clear signage or even markings to highlight a step . Hotel was not 5 star

Be honest re rooms & distance into town & how walking in isn’t for the faint hearted. Cleanliness of tables at pool very poor. Beach bar running out of glasses because nobody bothers to collect from beach list could go on but this hotel is miles from 5 Star
