Really clean hotel, good food, comfy beds, best shower in a hotel abroad that I have ever used

disgraceful of tui to market this as a family hotel. the food was absolutely disgusting! breakfast was barely edible the rest was aweful and as for the evening meal being after 7pm this is no good to a family traveling with a 2yo baby. if the food times was advertised i would not have booked this hotel as the extra costs i incured by having to eat out every evening was alot of money leaving us short of money for activities we then planned to do whilst there. we even asked the rep on day 2 would it be possible to swap our evening meal for a lunch she said she would ask. when we then went to reception later they told us that was fine. then we went for lunch was seated at a table and an older member of staff from the resteraunt came over asked for our wristbands as lunch is for all inclusive only. we explained the situation and gave her our room number and said we was told it was fine to have lunch instead of a evening meal. to which she was rude and told us we had to leave in front of a full resteraunt. never again will i book with tui!

The hotel is not a4* it was very clean and the staff were lovely but the rooms were cramped, the bar staff were terrible the food was disgusting.
