    Yes, we stayed at the Pickalbatros White Beach Resort, and it exceeded every expectation we had. The hotel and the entire complex were absolutely outstanding. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and it was clear that the staff took enormous pride in keeping the resort looking its best. The food was excellent, with a fantastic variety every day, meaning there was always something for everyone in our family to enjoy. Travelling with three daughters, we were particularly impressed by how friendly, welcoming, and engaging every member of staff was. They always took the time to chat, smile, and make the girls feel special, which really made a difference to our holiday. There was never a shortage of things to do, both during the day and in the evenings. The entertainment was great, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was relaxed, fun, and family-friendly. Our room was kept impeccably clean every single day, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job. Fresh bottled water was always available in abundance, and whenever we needed anything, it was provided immediately with a smile. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for any member of the team. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Every single person we encountered genuinely seemed to care about making sure guests had the best possible holiday. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Pickalbatros White Beach Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality family holiday in Hurghada. It truly was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to return.

    “Hotel spoko”

    4,5 na 5. Hotel duży, nie ma problemów z leżakami. Dla dzieci do 10 lat super. Dla starszych też ok bo dużo basenów. Personel miły i uśmiechnięty.

    “Nicht zu empfehlen, spart euch das Geld”

    Würde niemals dieses Hotel empfehlen, keine 5 Sterne, Sanierung im Hauptsason, keine Animation, keine Musik, schlechtes und immer gleiches Essen.

    “Gelungener Urlaub”

    Die Reise mit TUI hat absolut reibungslos geklappt. Das Hotel empfehle ich weiter. Essen könnte besser sein, was aber weniger am Hotel liegt als an Ägypten im allgemeinen. Mit Nudeln, Pommes und Pizza kommt man aber auch eine Woche klar 😄
