    “Immer wieder”

    War jetzt schon mehrmals über TUI in Hurghada in verschiedenen Pick Albatros Resorts und Magic Life Immer wieder empfehlenswert Von der Buchung über Betreuung bis hin zum Urlaub selbst im Resort bis zum Rückflug gibt es keinerlei Beanstandungen

    “Great hotel, poor 'Package' holiday experience”

    The hotel was fantastic but it had nothing to do with Tui. The outsourced flights have also nothing to do with Tui. Flying with Transavia meant we had to pay extra for the luggage and seats! Surely this should be part of the 'package' we paid for! We didn't even get airport transfer on th way from the airport to the hotel. Return transfer had to be arranged by hotel as Tui didn't provide any information to us. Even once transfer was arranged it was much too early as the flight schedule was updated a day before departure and flight departure was delayed. Overall it wasn't a package holiday we would expect from TUI as everything was up to us to arrange. Additionally, when we checked same accomodation and flights separately once booked, it came to over 1000 EUR less that the 'package' provided. We have used UK tui in that past and we had a much better experience. Overall 1 star feels generous

    The hotel was immaculately clean, rooms were excellent and staff were friendly The food and drink options are very limited and was similar food every day Vegetarian food options were very limited - there was not clear labelling of food that vegetarians can eat consistently every day and some staff didn’t know what vegetarian meant . Really poor choice overall. Drinks were limited to a small selection of concentrated fruit juices The oriental Buffett was closed so felt we missed out on other options Not worth the money and would definitely not book again based on the food options - I don’t believe the hotel should fall under the platinum category because of this All other aspects including the pool and beach area were excellent

    Accommodation was good, we came 8 years ago as a couple that’s why we decided to come back with our children this time. Only thing was I got sickness and diarrhoea while away the last couple days, which was a shame for the end of the holiday

    “Dobry hotel z kiepskim jedzeniem”

    Hotel na dobrym poziomie ale nie zachwycający. Największe zalety: - bardzo dobra obsługa - miła i nienachalna - ładne i czyste baseny z podgrzewaną wodą - wygodny i czysty pokój z przemiłą obsługą sprzątającą - ładna plaża z łagodnym zejściem do morza i serwisem kelnerskim - dobra restauracja a la carte Największe wady: - naprawdę kiepskie jedzenie - najgorsze śniadania i lunche - monotonne, kiepskiej jakości i bardzo w stylu fast food, kolacje tylko nieco lepsze ze względu na grill, jednak potrawy często były przypalone lub niedoprawione. Nie wrócilibyśmy do tego hotelu głównie ze względu na jedzenie. Na plus świeżo wyciskane soki i pyszne croissanty. - bardzo kiepskie drinki, brak przekąsek na barze, zużyte plastikowe szklanki, które wyglądały jak brudne (zużyty plastik) - w teorii miały być 3 różne restauracje bufetowe: włoska, orientalna i azjatycka a w rzeczywistości działały tylko dwie i serwowały praktycznie identyczne dania - fatalny klubik dziecięcy - z zepsutymi zabawkami i znudzonymi opiekunkami - nie zostawiłabym tam dziecka samego Hotel mógłby być naprawdę dobry, gdyby zadbali o jakość jedzenia i sposób jego serwowania oraz dopracowali inne szczegóły. To nie był nieudany wyjazd ale nie wrócilibyśmy do tego hotelu mając porównanie do hotelu z sieci Rixos, w którym byliśmy rok temu i który był rewelacyjny.
