    Recommended

    Good hotel, good food. Poor drinks and poor entertainment. no extra charge for all restaurants was a positive and did not need to wear trousers to any.

    Positives - you will always find a sun lounger, no need to be down by the pool at 6am to reserve - food is outstanding and 4 restaurants to choose from - staff are mostly exceptional from cleaning to security to pool - drinks are excellent, great choice - go out the back of the hotel and turn right, walk for 10 mins and there is a small shop that sells bits like sun cream if you run out. - rooms are really big and spacious - music is good around the pool Improvements - kids pool is exceptionally cold and doesn’t warm up until 3pm. Early morning play…no chance…wear a wet suit - pool can be exceptionally dirty at times. We witnessed human poo left by a child in the pool and staff did not notice. Once reported, the staff did not close the pool and merely picked up the bits. It needed sanitising properly which was not done. There’s bound to be some seriously ill people because of this. - I had to wait 1 hour whilst they set up a bed for my child at 1am on arrival. Arrived to only a double bed in the room. They had known we were a family of 3 since we booked months ago and were far too slow setting up the bed in the room. This should have been done before we arrived. - kids club is good but kids are left to their own devices quite often and no real structure. No games, no interaction, it’s just a room and they are left to get on. They do activities but I found my child very often sat alone once the activity is over, it’s under staffed and needs more energy into it. The lady that does it is exceptionally kind and welcoming but has got to make sure each child is engaged. - a range of cultures use this hotel, as you would expect. However, in some cultures screaming at your children for 45 minutes is considered normal every night when putting them to bed. Listening to it was brutal and was glad when they checked out. Overall - was ok…cleanliness of the pool means I wouldn’t return

    Hotel was fantastic, lovely pool and food was delicious. The bedrooms were not clean and some of them were very damp

    “Genoten van de vakantie, 2 volwassenen en een peuter”

    Er zijn altijd wel wat minpuntjes, in ons geval altijd maar 2 handdoeken op de kamer krijgen terwijl we met 3 waren, af en toe een \"rioollucht\" in de badkamer en een wc bril die spontaan afbrak. De laatste was binnen 30 minuten opgelost. Maar over het algemeen was alles prima, het was schoon en personeel was aardig en behulpzaam. Bedjes genoeg bij de 3 zwembaden en uitgebreid ontbijt- en lunchbuffet. Aanrader is het restaurant Tagine, heerlijk Marokkaans eten.

    “Max 4*”

    Plusy: jest czysto, pokoje są duże i z ładnym widokiem (praktycznie z wszystkich widać ocean), meble są dość nowe, fajna restauracja rybna, siłownia i hol. Nigdy nie było problemu ze znalezieniem leżaków. Minusy: w łazience pęknięte lustro i zardzewiała kratka odpływowa, jedzenie w głównej restauracji średnie- niby duży wybór, ale często to samo co poprzedniego dnia, w basenie dużo brakujących kafelków, a na dnie piach, grzyb i śmieci, animacje w ciągu dnia i wieczorem kiepskie. Plaża przy hotelu jest publiczna, brudna i oblegana przez miejscowych, jest ogrodzony teren dla gości hotelowych zaraz przy hotelu, ale do oceanu trzeba przejść prawie 100 metrów często przez tłumy lokalsów. W hotelu prawie połowa gości to również obywatele Maroka. Ogólnie hotel jest ok, ale na pewno drugi raz już do niego nie pojedziemy.
