    Hotel was amazing, staff are incredible & all a credit to Marriott hotels Big shout to Aon & Viya in Starbucks … Naptan in Thw Lounge. They are all so friendly & can’t do enough for you ever. Made the holiday even more incredible

    “Bättre än vä tar”

    Omdömet är på engelska, för det var det kag skickade till hotellet First of all, we would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful experience that our family had during our stay. We spent three weeks at your beautiful resort, and we were extremely happy with every aspect of our vacation. It truly became one of our most memorable family holidays. We would especially like to recognize Aof and the entire Starbucks team. Starting each morning with a warm smile and being greeted by name made us feel genuinely welcome. It may seem like a small gesture, but it made every morning even more enjoyable and set the tone for the rest of our day. The team at Pool 1 was absolutely exceptional. We would like to give special thanks to Pond, Puen, Sun, Dom, Yuf, and Oaky. Every one of them greeted us with genuine smiles, joked with us, and consistently provided outstanding service. What impressed us the most was how much time they spent interacting with our children. They made them laugh, played with them, and created memories that will last for a long time. Pond, in particular, became a huge favorite, and our daughters are still talking about him after returning home. Staff members like these are a true credit to your resort. The Beach Grill team was equally outstanding. Sunny, Noom, Dominic, Armin, and Chitar always welcomed us by name, wore a smile on their faces, joked with our children, and took wonderful care of our family. More importantly, they genuinely made us feel at home, which is something every guest hopes to experience during a vacation. The Rum Shack was another highlight of our stay. Nina and Big served some of the best cocktails we have ever had, but what made the experience truly special was their cheerful personalities, humor, and positive energy. They made our evenings even more enjoyable and certainly added something special to our holiday. If there was one area that did not quite match the exceptional standard of the rest of the resort, it was the Pool Bar. Unfortunately, we often felt less welcome there. Service was noticeably slower, and it sometimes took quite a while before anyone came to take our order. That being said, we would like to give special recognition to Freddy, who consistently did his very best to provide great service. His effort, friendliness, and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and we sincerely appreciate everything he did for us. The Grill Bar and Kanpai quickly became our favorite restaurants. The food was consistently excellent, and the service at both restaurants was outstanding. Every visit was something we looked forward to. We were also very pleased with the Kids’ Club and the wonderful staff there. Our only suggestion would be to consider limiting the number of children allowed at one time. At certain times, it felt as though there were simply too many children and parents for the available space, which made the environment feel quite crowded. We believe a maximum capacity could make the experience even better for both children and parents. One additional suggestion would be to consider playing some background music around Pool 1. During quieter moments, the atmosphere could feel a little empty, with the only sounds being children playing or parents calling to one another. We believe some background music would create an even more enjoyable atmosphere and further enhance an already wonderful pool area. Like any long vacation, we experienced a few minor issues during our stay. However, your team handled everything quickly, professionally, and with genuine care, ensuring that these issues never affected our overall experience. We are already planning to return next year, and if possible, we would love to stay for four weeks instead of three. We believe that says everything about how much we enjoyed our stay. Thank you once again for making our family vacation so special. Please extend our gratitude to everyone mentioned above—they truly made our holiday unforgettable. We look forward to seeing you all again next year and we hope to stay four weeks then instead of three.

    Staff are superb, rooms spacious and extremely clean Safe area and hotel feels safe and secure. Beds comfy and super aircon Showers really good too No complaints at all
