good, the bad and the ugly… Arrived as PasaBay on Monday 7th September, greeted by a staff member at the door who brought in our cases, welcomed into the beautiful reception and information given to us. Staff member then even brought our cases upto the room. Now, this is where is goes downhill; so long as you have no expectations - then this hotel will be fine for you. We walked into our room ( we knew it was going to be small) however we were greeted with a brick all as view from our balcony, along side an air conditioning unit ( which is ironic as the aircon was shocking in the room) and at night, a neon light shining through. We did complain and they moved us, to a room with a view of the mountains! The rooms are basic, which we knew, however rotting wood in the bathroom, a shower that couldn’t seriously use some limescale remover, a shower mat tinged with yellow and a tiny wardrobe that tried to cover up a unfinished part of the wallpapered wall. However, The shower itself - AMAZING! Breakfast, lunch and dinner…. Once you have had it once or twice, that will be enough for you, we were all inclusive, however ate out at night. Food not labelled, which personally I found frustrating and when I asked one of the staff members what a sauce was, he went and asked the chef and the chef did not know, then proceeded to dip his finger in it and said ‘it tastes like some sort of yoghurt and roasted tomato’ The entertainment ‘team’ consists of one guy, who ‘DJ’s out of his wooden shed in the pool area; easy music first thing and then the Errol, will blast heavy music on and if you are near the speakers, most days I couldn’t have a conversation with people around me. Pool area, pool immaculate and for it’s size no issues when everyone was in it. As for the sunbed situation, bunched together like sardines and setting an alarm for 6am ( 4am UK time) so get a sunbed; absolute joke! We met some people there who have returned year after year and have also said it’s been the worst they have ever seen it. All in all I will not be returning to this hotel. Pictures are deceptively good on the website.

It was an ok hotel. Very outdated and needs refurbishing. One entertainer and is repetitive. Food also repetitive. Worst part is the hotel only caters for a third of sunbeds.
