    Recommended

    Shower tray slippy when wet. A handrail within the shower cabinet/ bath area would provide a means of ensuring balance cold be maintained when necessary and increase user confidence.

    We had booked 2 x twin rooms. We were allocated 2 x doubles. Hotel manager said there was nothing sent regardung our request and that there were no more rooms!! When we said we would contact TUI 2 rooms magically appeared! We were then told we would have to pay for upgrade. Again we stated it isn't an upgrade but our original request. Again we asked for TUI rep number. At this point manager gave us the rooms. 2 x twins. There was a sarcastic comme t in Italian between him and the receptionist as a silly giggle and a sly look followed.. we asked what was said but was met with a 'nothing hahaha' and a roll of eyes. We were very disappointed in this receptionist and hoped it didn't mean a poor attitude from other staff. It put us on edge for a while. We needn't have worried. Everyone else was lovely. Staff very pleasant. Food great (maybe a little cold. Especially breakfast eggs) but couldn't fault anything else really. We booked almost 20 months ago and had proof of our request

    Our week was unfortunately cool weather and some rain. Our only option for the evening was an outdoor bar. We sat in our coats on the odd occasions we went there. This is not acceptable. No hotel can assume weather will be suitable for sitting outside, whatever time of year. On mentioning this to reception staff the comment was 'You can always sit in your room!!!' What a wonderful atmosphere that would be!
