    Mega Urlaub toller Service und Personal.,hervorragende Lage und sehr gute Essen. Dankeschön Indika und Sente ihr habt uns durch eure Ausflüge tolle Zeit geschenkt!! .ihr seid tole Menschen aufrichtig und Korekt 🥰

    Hotel room. Staff and everything else was perfect

    Accommodation is in need of a refurb. Some parts look like they haven’t been cleaned in years especially in the bathroom and toilet area. Curtains very dirty. Shower drain completely blocked on arrival, although staff sorted it straight away. All inclusive food and drinks were very limited. On a positive note, hotel staff were very friendly and attentive.

    The accomodation was as described, great location, great staff. The hotel itelf needed a bit of paint it was looking a bit tired, I understand it is difficult to keep the decor in good shape near the sea.

    Great location beautiful beach and facilities were great but the room was tired with mould / limescale and not enough storage - Certainly not \"Superior\" as room is described Expensive hearing aids went missing from my room and the General Manager was too focused on explaining they were not liable rather than helping and apologising. He was rude and arrogant -and clearly all staff were scared of him and given little responsibility - still waiting now for incident report he promised within 4 hours! Also the TUI description does not mention that wine is not included in all inclusive - ver poor - though we now know this is widespread in Sri Lanka. Basic bottles were over £25 each!
