    “Ikke 5 star Hotel”

    Hotellet er greit som et 4-stjerners hotell, men ikke mer. Vi ble kjeftet på av en ansatt da vi stilte et rolig spørsmål ved innsjekk. Det lå omtrent 1 cm med støv under og rundt sengene. Bassengområdet var fint, men mange la ut håndklær veldig tidlig og kom ikke tilbake før etter et par timer. Den lokale TUI-guiden var fantastisk.

    The hotel was very nice - room was ok - but had twin beds not a double - as did all of our party - 3 nice swimming pools - loads of sun beds - loads of sun beds on the beach - the beach was Sandy - a bit pebbly in the sea - may need beach shoes. The whole outside area was a big problem for us as everywhere were guests smoking - very few places to sit without getting smoked out - which to be honest ruined the holiday for us - as we are used to no smoking areas. This was day & night - unless you were inside. Even then the smoke would come into the building. The Buffet seating area was awful - it was like a works canteen - no maitre de - to seat you at a table / it was a free for all!! The staff were not helpful or assisting in any way - we found the food very repetitive/ there were no theme nights - Not the sort of experience we are used to for a “Platinum 5 star Ultra Inclusive” Hotel - and certainly not somewhere / that you would want to eat. There were 2 a la carte restaurants that you could book to visit once each for the duration of the holiday - which were very nice & well waited on - the staff were very attentive/ this was a lovely experience. There was another steak restaurant which they wanted to charge us for - but only available if the weather was ok - but we chose to dine out for a cheaper price in the Old Town - which was Fabulous. There were activities were good especially in the pool. Evening entertainment was great. The only that let this holiday down for us was the “Canteen & Food & the smoking “
