The accommodation was absolutely out of this world — far better than we could ever have expected. It was the perfect balance of authentic old Venetian style, with beautiful traditional features and lots of charming period items, while still providing all the modern amenities and comforts you could need. The bed was possibly the most comfortable we have ever slept in, making it incredibly easy to relax and unwind. The staff were also amazing — friendly, attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, the accommodation was truly exceptional and added so much to what was already a fantastic holiday.

The accommodation is lovely in the old quarter. The night club is next door this needs to be clear on description. It does not open on Monday/Tuesdays, noise if room is close. Mainly on entrance / exit. We had a large family so had 6 rooms. This hotel needs to update all bathrooms. Investment into this is needed. However a lovely hotel which is well run. Staff are helpful and supportive, bedding towels done daily. Due to historical building tourist tax exempt, a bonus. Breakfast was excellent and restaurant serves excellent food. Again team make this hotel special and location perfect apart from rooms close to nightclub. You are dropped off near port and pointed to alleyway leading to old town. We had to ask directions, but found it close by. A map given on booking may help but as an organisation as big as tui it may not be possible. Pretty courtyard with plunge pool. Lounge area attached, books available. Lovely stay overall.
