Rooms are quite small and has lots of stairs so would not be ideal for some people

Wasn't 5* and very expensive for what you get. The rooms arent the best and when we arrived our balcony view was of concrete stairs and would have been easy for anyone to break in. I got shown another room and when I accepted it I was then told an hour later I would have had to pay. The rooms aren't overall clean and all need some TLC considering the prices. The spa people at hotel are really rude and I had a horrid experience with them. Dale the rep was amazing and so helpful. Food was good but the same every week as well as entertainment. 10 days was ample, 2 weeks would have been too much.

Sunlife resort is different from the pictures than in person. Although we made the best out of a few hiccups the hotel nice. The staff weren’t very accommodating with problems with the room and late check out.

Orka Sunlife was incredibly clean, welcoming and vibrant. The entertainment team were out of this world with making sure everyone had unforgettable memories to bring home, it felt like one big family! Our rooms were small but that was a general comment amongst all guests but very clean, the pool was an amazing size and the views around the hotel were breathtaking. Had some photos taken in the evening of my family which I thought were going to expensive based on other places I’ve been…£6!! Very reasonable. I actually cried on the last evening and day because I didn’t want to leave!

For the money I’ve paid to what was expected (£13k inc room upgrade) this did NOT reach near expectations Especially in comparison to other guests through other operators The hotel is stunning, the staff amazing but i honestly feel let down by TUI for the miss-selling of their rooms
