The hotel room was dirty, had to go out and buy antibacterial wipes before using drawers and bathroom was dirty, tiles covered in mould, beds not changed for five days and no clean towels, after complaining they give us two pool towels as they said they had run out, breakfast had fruit that looked like it was there for days, coffee machine and juice machine broken so put out a couple of flasks with water in for everyone so kept running out. Cannot believe TUI use this hotel and now understand why you have removed any reviews!

Noisy, bathrooms disgusting

Hotel needs a bit of maintenance. Lobby toilets were a bit grim (no locks on doors, toilet seat not secured and not decorated). Room was ok but bathroom was dull, smelly and lacking in comfort.

The hotel is generally in need of some TLC eg, our room (207) had a large dent in the bathroom door, the bath was was badly stained, badly marked paintwork and the safe did not work so we had to have a deposit box in reception instead. Pool area and pool bar are good.

The hotel was not what was advertised, no spa, no table tennis, mediocre breakfast. Reception staff lovely. Too many things went wrong, blocked toilet on arrival, locked out of room, shower head fell off the wall.
