    Under the bed was very dirty, the mattress was stained, the towels weren't changed very often, they were too small , I had to ask a few times to have the towels changed, the sheet was only changed once in 2 weeks, the cleaners did not clean very well, they left dirty cups and we had to wash them, they did not refill coffee and milk, the fridge didn't work properly I reported it and apparently they sorted it yet my milk I had to buy myself went of within 12 hours of putting it in the fridge and this happened twice. There was no alternative foods for food allergy's, I had to ask for soya milk but it curdled in the coffee, there was no decaf coffee I had to ask and buy my own, the food did not cater for me as I have gluten and lactose intolerance so I mainly had to eat salads so it was not value for money. I had a member of staff put her hand on me in an unacceptable manor and shout at me in greek in front of other people.

    Staff were so helpful when arrived. Food in fridge as restaurant had closed for evening. They were also great when I fell and kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. Food choice available for everyone
