Modern, clean, hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great pool area no fighting over sunbeds! Great location for Rhodes Town

Location is ideal! Between Rhodes old town and the airport, directly on the flight path. Had booked a superior sea view room and by goodness it delivered on that front. The hotel is family friendly and atmosphere has been positive throughout. Housekeeping everyday and were attentive to the do not disturb signs as required. Great value for money, food was ok- I have allergies so it was a little hard to get the full variety of food and available drinks. 2 pools were perfect, plenty of sun loungers. Perfect distance to the beach too. The hotel itself can be quite noisy around certain times of the day ie meal provision, pool usage, and is also situated on a very busy road so road noise is a lot when having balcony door open. A couple of negatives from the 10 night stay- 2 lifts service the full 5 floor hotel, they are barely big enough to fit 2 large suitcases and 3 adults, they also get very busy!! Air conditioning is available and in our case worked for one day before it was then “controlled by the main service” which never turned on again meaning the doors left open caused mosquito bites! Coffee and tea is provided however once used was a nightmare to get more. Tea bags are provided throughout the hotel at drink stations however instant coffee is clearly the holy grail and most converted. Took me asking front desk two days on the trott to get more!! Entertainment lacks significantly, one decent show the entire time we were there, expensive bingo!! With the coordinator taking English money off of us after looking in our wallets after being told that we only had enough for one sheet (€10). Shows also cancelled within 5 minutes of displayed timing. Other than that this hotel has been lovely and the stay has been pleasant. Wish the hotel had more to do but we found plenty to occupy ourselves.

very clean & well maintained. Food not the best, very sameish... & mainly luke warm , not hot. Hotel entertainment rep does not like hearing the word NO to getting up when he asks - very pushy ! Evening entertainment is 75% good...

Hotel very clean and friendly service. I think you should have smoking areas as people were smoking everywhere
