    Recommended

    The rooms are a great size, but a small handful of faults reduced the overall experience. For example, both sinks leaked, and some of the lights occasionally didn’t work. Also, the TV channels were somewhat limited, with no ability to connect to things like Netflix.

    The food at the resort was excellent and all staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is tired and in need of refurbishing, both the room and the public areas.

    The hotel itself was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, and the guest services team were outstanding throughout our stay. The only disappointment was the entertainment. Both the daytime entertainment around the pools and the evening entertainment were poor and lacked variety, which was below the standard we expected for a resort of this quality.

    With accommodations for families, adults and privilege guests the hotel catered for all. Choice of 7 main restaurants, and 4 snack restaurants, mikes coffee shop, ice cream parlour , and bars doted throughout the complex , we were spoiled for choice. Similar choice of multiple pools. This complex is well positioned for choice. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Evening entertainment was fantastic and the use of the sports bar and cinema for screening the World Cup was superb. Food was well prepared and with good choices. Sakura Chinese show cooking was entertaining as well as delicious. On the down side, some people were complaining that they had difficulty booking a table at the restaurants. With privilege, we had a butler to do all that work and were well serviced with booking at the times a restaurant that we want d. The buffet restaurant was well catered for with multiple choices too.

    Mooi hotel, maar eerder 4 dan 5 sterren. Specialiteiten restaurants vielen wat tegen. Verder een heerlijk verblijf gehad.
