    Lack of food choices due to capacity which meant 3 nights had to order room service. Some staff were rude, buffet not organised even though not fully accommodated. Pool area would be chaos once at full capacity

    Overall it is a nice hotel where staff work extremely hard. The buffet restaurant was closed on an evening every other night during our stay which left difficulties booking an À la cart as privileged guest could pre book where standard could not. 1-2 hours waiting was not exceptable.

    We have been 4 times to this resort, it is very nice very clean, staff are excellent and helpful, The beach has been destroyed and is unusable at the moment, this isn't just the sargassum but the beach has gone on the privilege side, and you can't get in the sea even if the sargassum wasn't on the beach, Shutting the buffet and the pizza oven around the pool area was a disappointment, some days we just want to have a slice of pizza without going to a restaurant, or ordering food from the beach butlers, although this is a small disappointment, I feel we have paid for the services on offer and to take them away without warning is unacceptable, and Id like as requested some money back, I paid full price and expected the full experience even if I don't use something it should be my choice. I put a complaint in with the resort and TUI but have heard nothing back from TUI, still waiting. I will go back in August and I already have 2 more visits booked for next year, but if this happens in August I will change the resort.

    Accommodation was below the expected 5 star rating I believe. Whilst it is clean and comfortable and on the surface looks okay, there were attention to detail pieces that have been overlooked. IMO this is wear and tear on the room that hasn’t been spot checked or picked up. I’m naturally a laid back person so didn’t bother me too much but on reflection, for the price and the advertised 5 star rating it should’ve been better.
