    Utterly rubbish..dirty under staffed, ignored, false description of resort. No way 5 star. We did bahia luxury 2 years ago and that was the best holiday myself and wife have ever had but Eden bay was far the worst. Before we booked we were promised a 5 star experience with lazy river,2 pools sports bar,great service, great entertainment so we booked and we got 1 pool thet was overly packed due to lazy river closed and the fact the security where taking cash from corol spring guests to let them in to eden bay facilitys which made it impossible to get a place to lay anywhere near the pool. No way it's 5 star more like a 2 star hotel. And to top it off the 3 tier service they clearly had...privalige got everything then corol spring guests then at the bottom was us.

    We upgraded to Privilege and found it worth the additional cost, better room location and available services. However, we have been looking for the same resort for next year and Privilege does not appear to be an option which will prevent us from booking.

    * One has to be careful when occupying swim-up suites. Whilst these rooms are graceful, wildlife such as crabs may wonder in, due to doors been opened while daily cleaning is in operation. I was woken up by one in my room and had it removed by the staff. * With a swim-up bar, the \"Lazy River\" is a pleasant pass time to be in, but one should review the cleanliness before entering in. * Unlike the RIU's, we were disappointed that their Sports Bar had no food, during the day or night. * Special dinner shows were disappointing. * Romantic dinners by the sea was delightful. Otherwise, the holiday was lovely ~x~

    Not what I booked with Tui out dated photos of the accommodation and Tui rep in a different hotel so if you wanted to speak with them you had to walk to the other reception. Had no air conditioning in our first night had to call reception twice. Door broke had to spend 1 and a half hours in room while trying to fix the problem then had to call them back when we is in our room to fix it again. On the last day safe would not open so had to call maintenance again to fix problem. And hidden charges on site for all inclusive should not have to pay for certain meals. Would not go back to ocean Eden bay if we went back to Jamaica.
