    Very poor, issues with the safe, some plugs didn’t work or were loose fitting, TV and room phone only worked occasionally and we had a leak of water on the floor making our foot ware very wet. We spoke to our representative and she (Grace) was very concerned and apologetic and spoke to the hotel manager about this, she also told us that we were to receive £240 compensation which I’m still waiting for

    The only great thing about the accommodation was the cleaning staff in the bedrooms. The food was very basic and was either too salty or strange tasting. Got food poisoning at the end and can’t say it was due to the food or something else but doesn’t surprise me if it was the food. My partner is vegan and this was told to TUI before booking, they said that it was completely fine and he would be catered for, however it doesn’t seem like they even know what that means there and they don’t seem to take allergies seriously as well as we tried saying he was allergic to dairy and meat and they just seemed to write it down and not suggest certain things when ordering food. Also they have a flamingo that they say they have rescued, however we are sure it has had its wings clipped so it can’t fly away so it becomes the tourist attraction.

    The pools need cleaning. The rooms were good. The restaurants need air conditioning and the bowling alley desperately needs an upgrade. But everything else was great.

    Rooms were never done daily and some days, we didnt have our fridge topped up with drinks - water and soft drinks. Sockets are dangerous with some wires sticking out and some sockets would actually come out of the wall when pulling the plug out.
