    Everything was lovely about the accommodation. Only things to let it down slightly in my opinion was not enough evening entertainment and would have been nice to be able to have drinks in glasses on an evening. Completely understand why this can’t be the case around the pool area but on an evening in other hotel areas glasses might have made it a bit more special.

    Upon arrival the reception were most unhelpful and unprofessional unless you were german or spanish. Room was clean ish.. bedding wasnt but we figured it was afternoon it would be changed in the morning. It wasnt. At that point we wanted to see how long it took them to clean it. They didnt. It had skid marks on . Strioped it every day and left it on the floor to see what they would do, they put the same back on. Room not cleaned once. I have photos of the hole in the shower cubile ceiling where everytime the people upstairs showered it ran into ours... reception pointed out they were full and could do nothing. The view from the balcony for almost 4 days was rotting food on the balcony across. The only thing they cleaned were the mirrors. And dont get me started on the appalling food. Supposed hot food was never even luke warm. People were using the microwave meant for baby food to heat their meals... and nothing covered. Flies upon flies and bar flies everywhere. My partner has been sick since day 3... with a temperature and hasnt drank any alcohol all holiday, and home and she still unwell. The amount of germs in there was scary

    Overall good. Room needs updating a few niggling touches needed (I.e. fix loo paper holder and shower tap) food got samey bit expected.

    “super hotel, wart odwiedzenia”

    świetny hotel, miła, uśmiechnięta obsługa, bardzo smaczne i różnorodne jedzenie, trochę dziwny układ jeżeli chodzi o łazienkę bo osobno toaleta, osobno prysznic(tylko) i umywalka w pokoju. codziennie animacje, atrakcje, występy, napoje alkoholowe firmowe . Dużo leżaków. Przechowalnia bagażu na czas oczekiwania na transfer, all inclusive do końca pobytu po upływie doby hotelowej.
