    “Super wczasy na Majorce.”

    Zakwaterowanie oceniam bardzo pozytywnie bardzo czysto miło i przyjemnie. Będę polecał znajomym .

    Absolutely dreadful check in after 1am to be told the nearest shop is around the corner even for water and then was just given a map to show us where hotel was which was 10 minute walk in the dark with the kids then the hotel had changed name too from bellevue hotel to 07 hotels wasn't made aware of this and one day we didn't have water after coming from pools and next day no towels in room to be told u gotta to reception then get to be told you gotta wait for clean towels and where do I start on the evening show not the best but would be alot better if you could get a drink instead of waiting 20 minutes plus a few nights i ended up paying for my drinks at the pay bar cuz there wasn't a que and also no snacks available to eat after 6pm which I ended up most night going to pizza shop after the show had finished as the kids was hungry and when I did go a speak to the tui rep in reception she wasn't helpful at all told her I wasn't happy that I paid over 5 and half grand and she just said there was nothing she could do . And also we had delays from Birmingham and had delays on way bk too and one of my daughters suitcase was aslo damaged on way bk which now I will have to replace. But would I return to alcudia yes it was a lovely place but I WONT be returning or even recommending this hotel to anyone
