    “Novotel Bali Benoa”

    Fint, rent og tropisk hotell. Trivelig personale. Er i en gate med flere internasjonale restauranter. Litt mygg i hagene og på verandaer. Les deg opp på tidevannet. Ikke så lett å bade i havet på hotellet.

    The staff were friendly but not very helpful with booking in no info given regarding meal times etc. mini bar not filled even asking several times had to speak to manager .slow service at times often had meal without a drink even asking several times . Cups in room were disgusting and a health hazard. Changed rooms ceiling fan dirty both of have asthma so unable to use it was moved the next day. No meal or drink provide on arrival as late due to flights could of provided a sandwich and bottle of water for late check ins but were quick to stop the all inclusive at 12 on day of departure

    The hotel was nice very quiet, as it was the low season , we went fully inclusive but it was wasted as they only had one restaurant, so after ten days the menu was very boring , we ended up eating out just to get different food . Rooms were ok probably needs a bit updating , the bathroom door wasn’t on runners so it kept banging but overall we enjoyed our stay .
